How to remove negative review from your fiverr gig-the only method

Sometimes we wont able to satisfy our customers on fiverr due to a bunch of reasons or sometimes by mistakes too and they reward us with a very cheap review which harms our fiverr service like hell.

First of all i would suggest you to always be in touch from the buyer and analyse what they are thinking,if they are not satisfied with your service then give them something more exciting so that they wont give bad review.

If they wont be satisfied from your extra exciting offers also then simply cancel the order because there will be more oders if you dont get bad review but if you get a single bad review then it can spoil your service and suddenly stop your sales.

In Case if you submitted the order and the buyer gave you bad review then there is only one way to erase that review and regain your importance infront of the buyers.

Go to your selected order page where you got negative review
then click on resolution center and give the reason for cancellation
Ensure that buyer accepts your cancellation request.
If buyer accept request your review will get erased.
If buyer don't accept request within 3 days then money will be refunded to him but your review will not get erased.
In that Case contact fiverr customer support to erase the review.
